Lead FBO operations at Skyservice Business Aviation in YVR, applying aviation safety, team leadership, and customer service expertise.This FBO Operations Manager oversees ramp activities, employees, training, fuel inventory, facilities coordination, and customer interfaces. The position requires progressive FBO leadership experience, SMS investigation knowledge, scheduling capability, and strong stakeholder relationships. You will support safe, efficient operations while meeting financial and service expectations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage ramp and adjacent apron operational activitiesDirect, train, supervise, and support FBO teamsEnsure safety standards, programs, and complianceManage fuel ordering, inventory, and WFS standardsLead YVR SMS occurrence report investigationsRequirements:
Ten years of progressive FBO leadership experienceFive to eight years leading people and teamsPost-secondary education or related equivalent experienceExperience with complex schedules and ADP timekeepingAbility to obtain required airport security clearancesBring FBO management, safety leadership, employee development, and operational expertise to Skyservice Business Aviation at YVR.
