Amazon Operations Supply Chain Manager

Lead Amazon USA operations remotely through supply chain management, inventory planning, and Seller Central expertise. Balance strategy with hands-on execution and team leadership.As Operations Manager, you will oversee the private label business from China supplier production through United States 3PL warehouses and Amazon fulfillment centers. You will guide a team of two to three operations staff while managing forecasting, vendor relationships, account health, and logistics. The work includes customs clearance, domestic transport, purchasing, and inventory planning. Success requires process discipline, analytical communication, and focused execution across marketplace operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from China to Amazon fulfillmentMaintain inventory visibility and prevent stockouts or excess inventoryManage Amazon account health, policy violations, and IP complaintsSource suppliers and manage freight forwarders and 3PL providersMentor two to three operations staff and establish team KPIsRequirements:
Three or more years in Amazon operations, supply chain, or logisticsStrong knowledge of Amazon FBA, 3PL operations, and international shipmentsForecasting, inventory planning, and demand analysis experienceHands-on Amazon account health and compliance experienceFluent English with strong communication and analytical skillsApply your Amazon operations, forecasting, logistics, and leadership expertise across a hands-on remote private label business.
