Drive AI engagement at Future Secure AI as an Engagement Lead, leveraging your expertise to take projects from concept to deployment. Engage directly with enterprise clients and lead high-caliber teams. In this senior role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of AI Co-Worker initiatives, from Discovery to Proof of Concept and beyond.
Translating client needs into comprehensive AI solutions is key, alongside managing deployment roadmaps and client communications. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring project success and client satisfaction across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle from Discovery to performance monitoring
Translate client needs into scoped AI solutions
Build and manage deployment roadmaps effectively
Serve as the primary client-facing lead during builds
Lead cross-functional teams for high-quality outcomes
Requirements 10 years of skilled experience; 5 years in Product or Consulting
5+ years leading projects using agile methodology
Robust abilities in problem-solving and strategic planning
Experience engaging with C-suite level
Bias towards ownership and delivery outcomes
