Office Building Cleaner Rural Community of Hanwell Location 5 NATURE PARK DR Hanwell, NB Salary 23.50 hourly / 15 to 25 hours per week Part time Flexible hours Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment Non-smoking Work setting Office building Recreational facility/institution Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors Dust furniture Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture Handle and report lost and found items Pick up debris and empty trash containers Wash windows, walls and ceilings Clean changing rooms and showers Maintain supplies Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate Additional information Security and safety Bondable Reference required Transportation/travel information Own transportation Own vehicle Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to work independently Repetitive Attention to detail Bending, crouching, kneeling Walking Weight handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Personal suitability Punctuality Client focus Dependability Flexibility Reliability Team player Honesty Until: 2026-03-23
