Expected Start Date: July 20, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Crescent View Clinic City/Town: Moose Jaw Department: Home Nursing Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.28 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 8 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Home Care Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070 Travel Required: Yes Job : Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Advanced Foot Care Nursing course
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to communicate with clients from diverse social backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Ability to act independently/work independently/make decisions autonomously
- Awareness of the capabilities of nursing services in the home care setting
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to be self directed and work relatively independently
