As a pivotal member of the People Operations team, you will oversee payroll administration and benefits management across multiple regions, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Your strong data integrity skills will help streamline processes, enhance employee experiences, and support necessary HR functions in our global, fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance across Canada and the USA
- Manage employee benefits programs and health plan administration
- Partner with finance on reconciliations and payroll forecasting
- Administer payroll systems and support data integrity audits
- Develop People & Culture metrics and reporting dashboards
- 7+ years in Payroll and People Operations
- Experience in global payroll execution and benefits administration
- Expert in HiBob or similar global HRIS systems
- Proficient with data analysis using spreadsheets
- Ability to manage sensitive employee inquiries with discretion
