Customer Care Specialist

Responsible for supporting the customer and delivering a superior customer experience while balancing the needs of the business. The Customer Care Specialist is the first point of contact for the customer after the sale and walks with them every step of the way through the design, manufacturing, and installation process. Acting as the customer’s advocate, this role provides clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle while building strong relationships with key internal teams including Sales, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Installation.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts.


• Start and monitor the progress of each order from initial receipt to completed installation, treating each order as a mini project by walking the customer through the sale, design, fabrication, and installation process while ensuring timely results are achieved to meet the customer’s expected delivery date.


• Determine a delivery and installation time that meets the customer expectation and available installation timeslot.


• Act as liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emergency problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.


• Recording keeping of all customer interactions.


• Position themselves in their customer’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary, keeping Vidir in the forefront of their decisions.

Qualifications

A combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Strong customer service focus


• High attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.


• Excellent organizational skills – ability to, prioritize and manage time effectively


• Proficient using Microsoft office Programs.


• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills


• Teamwork and Collaboration Skills


• Demonstrated emotional intelligence.


• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is not required but would be considered an asset for this role.
