What You'll Be Doing

Representatives work with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning more about available benefits.

Instead of spending the day searching for strangers to contact, the role centers around scheduled conversations with prospective clients .

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Meeting with clients through scheduled phone or virtual appointments
• Asking questions to understand what each client is looking for
• Explaining available benefit solutions in an easy-to-understand way
• Walking clients through their options and answering questions
• Keeping appointment information and client records organized
• Following up with clients when appropriate
• Using online systems to manage appointments and client information
• Applying feedback from training and coaching sessions
• Staying current on products, procedures, and company guidelines
• Taking part in team meetings and professional development activities
