Field and Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN)

Cencora seeks a Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver clinical services in home and specialty clinic settings, supporting medication administration, infusion therapy, and patient education as part of their patient support services in Winnipeg.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications via IM, SC, and IV routes in home or clinic settings
- Monitor IV infusion treatments and post-injection recovery; document per program protocols
- Provide patient education individually and in group settings based on program standards
- Coordinate with patients, case managers, physicians, and scheduling to meet appointment timelines
- Report adverse events and product complaints; participate in team training and clinic audits
Requirements
- Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in applicable provincial jurisdiction
- Minimum 2 years experience as RPN/LPN
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and insurance coverage
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, clinical practice, or health sciences
- IV therapy experience preferred; ACLS, PALS, and central venous line experience considered assets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and travel within designated geographical area
