Recreation Therapy Program Coordinator

Join Mountainview Lodge as a Program Coordinator I, focusing on recreational therapy to enhance the well-being of clients. Utilize your skills in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. As a Program Coordinator I, you will develop, implement, and evaluate leisure programs for clients in residential and adult day settings. This role involves supervising Activity Workers and assisting with therapeutic components of care under clinical guidance. Your excellent communication and organizing skills will be essential in this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate recreational programs for client health
• Supervise up to four Activity Worker II positions
• Assist with the therapeutic components of care plans
• Monitor patient progress as assigned
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized recreational program
• One year of related experience or equivalent
• Valid Class IV vehicle license required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to perform job duties Make a positive impact on the lives of clients through effective program coordination at Mountainview Lodge.
