If you are looking to earn more than minimum wage while enjoying the outdoor experience with fun crew and obtain/observe business skills closely with operator, this is the right job for you!!! - Valid driver's license
- Access to a vehicle
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary)
- Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable
- Responsible for the overall completion of projects - start to finish at a high standard of quality
- Daily cleanliness of site and project
- Customer focus - constant communication with homeowners and business owner
- Project management - looking to show initiative in day to day responsibilities
