Service Technician and Inside Technical Sales

Quality NDE, the leading distributor of non-destructive testing products and equipment in Canada, is seeking a service technician to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, repair, and calibrate a variety of quality control equipment at our clients' locations, ensuring their proper functioning and accuracy.
• Perform verification, maintenance, repair, and calibration of a variety of electronic devices in our facility as part of our sales, rental, repair, and calibration service.

· Support the sale team with quotes, answering calls, customer support.

· Maintaining the customer database.

· Receive and ship goods according to the purchase orders and prepare the bill of ladings.

• Any other duties related to the job.

Your Profile:

• Vocational Diploma in Industrial Electronics, or equivalent training in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in repairing and maintaining industrial equipment, demonstrating a strong understanding of repair and maintenance processes.
• Good knowledge of electronic device mechanics, allowing for precise analysis of problems and effective solutions.
• Developed manual dexterity, capable of performing repair and assembly tasks with precision and efficiency (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, enabling effective communication with our clients and international partners.
• Proficient with computer software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc., for managing documentation and communications.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, necessary for travel to our client locations and operational needs.
• Ability to occasionally travel to the United States for training and specific assignments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to broaden your skills and knowledge.
