LE POSTE
Mission :
Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Régional Senior dynamique et expérimenté(e) pour diriger nos activités commerciales et marketing pour Moët Hennessy au Québec. Ce rôle stratégique requiert de solides compétences commerciales, en gestion de comptes clés (SAQ et partenaires majeurs en CHR), ainsi qu’en leadership marketing régional. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) combinera expertise stratégique, leadership inspirant et excellence en gestion de comptes.
Une collaboration étroite avec l’équipe commerciale du Québec est essentielle pour assurer une exécution efficace des programmes et l’alignement entre les objectifs marketing et commerciaux – ainsi qu’avec les équipes nationales de marketing/communication et F&OP.
Le poste est basé dans les bureaux de Charton Hobbs à Montréal (QC), avec une double ligne hiérarchique : VP Québec et Directeur(trice) Marketing Client chez Moët Hennessy. Cette structure assure un soutien optimal et une coordination des stratégies commerciales et marketing.
RESPONSABILITÉS
Veuillez noter que ce poste implique des déplacements au niveau national et international.
LEADERSHIP COMMERCIAL :
- Définir et piloter la stratégie commerciale des marques MH au Québec.
- Être l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) de la SAQ pour Moët Hennessy.
- Gérer les relations avec la SAQ et les comptes majeurs en CHR (On Premise).
- Élaborer des plans marketing spécifiques aux comptes et aux canaux pour stimuler les ventes et renforcer la satisfaction client.
- Coordonner avec les équipes internes pour répondre aux besoins des clients et résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
- Préparer et présenter des plans d’affaires collaboratifs annuels aux comptes clés régionaux.
- Présenter des rapports réguliers et animer des réunions avec la direction sur les résultats des comptes, les événements et les performances marketing.
- Être responsable des prévisions commerciales et des budgets d’investissement pour le portefeuille Moët Hennessy au Québec (en collaboration avec le VP).
LEADERSHIP D’ÉQUIPE :
- Diriger et accompagner l’équipe marketing régionale MH au Québec dans un esprit de performance et de collaboration.
- Agir en tant que mentor et coach, favorisant le développement professionnel dans le respect des valeurs MH.
- Fixer des objectifs clairs, suivre les indicateurs de performance et réaliser les évaluations annuelles.
SUIVI DES INDICATEURS COMMERCIAUX (KPI) :
- Piloter la stratégie autour des indicateurs commerciaux et de marque (prix, promotions, distribution, investissements marketing) dans la province.
- Analyser mensuellement le marché (performance des marques, concurrence, lacunes dans les listes SAQ, taux de rotation…) avec le soutien de l’analyste commercial régional.
- Fournir des recommandations concrètes pour développer le portefeuille MH et optimiser les stratégies marketing.
- Alimenter le tableau de bord mensuel avec des analyses et actions correctives.
- Proposer des recommandations d’assortiment et de tarification adaptées au marché québécois.
LEADERSHIP DES PLANS DE MARQUE ET CLIENTS :
- Diriger les Responsables Marketing Régionaux (RMMs), l’analyste commercial, et collaborer avec l’équipe commerciale régionale et l’équipe nationale pour élaborer des plans clients et régionaux innovants et haut de gamme.
- Utiliser l’analyse de données pour évaluer l’efficacité des plans en place et identifier des pistes d’amélioration.
ACTIVATIONS DE MARQUE / PLANIFICATION ET RAPPORTS :
- Encadrer l’équipe événementielle/marketing régionale pour garantir une exécution optimale des programmes dans le respect des budgets A&P.
- Présenter les recommandations régionales de BBOs (Brand Building Offers) avec une analyse du marché.
- Soutenir le suivi des indicateurs de performance marketing et collaborer avec les équipes transversales pour assurer l'efficacité et l’alignement des actions.
GESTION BUDGÉTAIRE :
- Valider les plans de dépenses marketing régionaux en assurant leur alignement avec les stratégies globales.
- Répartir efficacement les budgets entre les activités commerciales et marketing, et ajuster au besoin selon les priorités/opportunités.

AUTRES EXIGENCES :
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en marketing, gestion de comptes clés ou fonction équivalente, idéalement en entreprise CPG (produits de grande consommation) ou de luxe.
- Expérience préalable en gestion d’équipe.
- Réseau établi dans le secteur (On & Off Premise) est un atout.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- Maîtrise de français et l’anglais.

POSITION
Mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Regional Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial skills capable of leading the Québec business and marketing for Moët Hennessy. This role combines Key Account Management of the SAQ and key On Premise Partners, to drive regional business growth and in addition, the strategy and leadership of the marketing team in the Province. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic marketing acumen, leadership and key account management skills.
This position requires a close collaboration with the Québec sales team to ensure an efficient execution of the programs, to drive marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with commercial goals - as well as with the National Marketing & Communication team, and the National F&OP team.
This position is based in the Charton Hobbs Montréal office (QC) and will report to both the VP for Québec and the Moët Hennessy Customer Marketing Director. This dual reporting structure will ensure that the role has the maximum support and collaboration, and to ensure a coordinated approach to both commercial and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Please note that some levels of domestic and international travel are incumbent with this position.
COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP :
· Lead the commercial strategy for MH brands in Québec.
· Lead the relationship between Moët Hennessy and the SAQ.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for both the SAQ and key On Premise accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
· Develop account/channel-specific marketing plans to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
· Prepare and present annual Joint Collaborative Business Plans to Key Accounts in region.
- Prepare regular reports and lead meetings for senior management on key account status, event outcomes, and marketing effectiveness.
- Own the commercial forecast and investment budgets for the Moët Hennessy portfolio for Québec, in collaboration with the VP.
TEAM LEADERSHIP:
· Lead and mentor the regional Québec Moët Hennessy marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Act as a coach to the team and ensure that they are challenged, supported, and developed in line with the MH values.
· Provide guidance on project management, marketing tactics, and professional development.
· Set clear objectives and performance metrics for team members and conduct annual evaluations.
BUSINESS KPI’s MONITORING
- Lead and coordinate the strategy for commercial and brand KPI’s within Québec, including Pricing, Promotion, Distribution and brand marketing investments.
- Analyze on a monthly basis the market (brand performance, competition, listing gaps, rate of sales etc.) and come with recommendations to develop MH portfolio, with the support of the regional commercial analyst;
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize brand performance and adjust marketing strategies as necessary;
· Fill monthly performance tracker, providing insights and key actions to mitigate the gaps;
· Come with recommendations in terms of pricing and portfolio assortment that would be relevant to the province
BRAND AND CUSTOMER PLAN LEADERSHIP
- Lead the Regional Marketing Managers (RMMs), commercial analyst and collaborate with the regional sales team and the National team to develop innovative, elevated and best-in-class regional and customer plans based on regional data and market condition, within the defined A&P budgets to deliver against brand and commercial KPI’s.
- Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of current plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
BRAND ACTIVATIONS / PROGRAM PLANNING & REPORTING:
- Lead and coach the Regional Marketing & Event team and ensure that brand programming is executed to the required standard across the market in line with A&P budgets.
- Compile and present regional recommendations on BBOs (brand building offers) for portfolio approval, including analysis of market trends and performance data.
- Support the regional team in the tracking and reporting on regional marketing and trade marketing performance metric and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regional marketing efforts are efficient and they align with overall commercial goals.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
- Review and approve regional spending plans for brands, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and budget constraints.
- Ensure funds are allocated effectively to various marketing & commercial activities and adjust budgets as necessary to respond to changing needs or opportunities.

- Project management skills with attention to detail,
- Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and best practices,
· Digital savvy & perfect knowledge of Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel)

· 7 years of experience in marketing, key account management, or a related role – preferably within a fast moving CPG company or luxury company;
· Previous experience of team leadership
· Established trade contacts both on and off premises is a plus;
· Valid Driver’s License;
· Fluent in French and English
