You will facilitate the professional growth of your team while managing daily operations to ensure both guest satisfaction and business profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop café staff and their functions
- Actively engage as a brand ambassador
- Execute policies including food safety and cash handling
- Assist with inventory and ordering efficiency
- Ensure a consistent delivery of exceptional service
- Excellent communication with a focus on hospitality
- Comfortable using POS and other key software
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
