Application Support Specialist Hybrid Role

Enhance patient care with our client as an Application Support Specialist. This role involves troubleshooting, supporting critical applications, and a hybrid work model, blending office and remote work. Located in Moncton, NB or Greater Toronto Area, this position requires 3-5 years of experience in IT application support. You will tackle operational challenges, monitor application performance, and ensure system reliability in a supportive team dedicated to excellence in healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for enterprise applications
- Monitor application performance and system health
- Investigate and resolve application-related issues
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years in IT application support
- Strong SQL and relational database skills
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Willingness to participate in on-call support
