We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive our growth, cultivate our industrial client base, and enhance our market visibility.

About the Role :
This is a high-impact position for a versatile professional who can blend strategic sales with digital marketing execution. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business with industrial clients, managing the prequalification process for key projects, and building our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new industrial clients across sectors such as manufacturing, food & beverage, pharma, tier one and two automotive, institutional, textile, medical, aggregates to name a few.

·       Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and secure repeat business.

·       Digital Presence: Manage and update our company website and execute a content strategy on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

·       Project Prequalification: Take full ownership of the prequalification process, meticulously completing and submitting all required forms and documentation for industrial and institutional projects.

·       Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly articulate the value of our integrated multi-trade services.

·       Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industrial market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and project management teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience from initial contact to project completion.

·       Identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial sector through research, networking and other sales related efforts

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the industrial trades or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
