Senior Tax Manager Private Clients

Lead sophisticated tax planning remotely for private clients and owner-managed businesses, applying advanced advisory skills and building lasting relationships.
As Senior Tax Manager, you will guide private client and business tax engagements within an award-winning Chartered Professional Accounting firm. The senior tax team supports individuals, privately owned businesses, and not-for-profit organizations across Southern Ontario. You will provide planning, compliance, and advisory services while contributing to continued growth and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tax strategies for incorporations, reorganizations, and transactions
- Advise on estate and shareholder remuneration planning
- Build client relationships and maintain a strong book of business
- Review personal, corporate, trust, and partnership work
- Mentor junior team members and support strategic direction
Requirements:
- CPA designation and five years specializing in public accounting tax
- Completed or nearly completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax program
- Progressive professional services experience with private clients
- Strong written and verbal English technical communication
- Ability to provide domestic and foreign tax advice
