We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Software Developer - Full Stack to lead the technical design, architectural implementation, and modernization of secure, multi-tier enterprise applications. In this role, you will take technical ownership of the entire solution architecture—spanning complex user interfaces, secure microservices, and highly optimized database frameworks. Operating under a structured Agile paradigm, you will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to translate abstract specifications into high-performance web and mobile products, implementing resilient API integration layers and ensuring complete digital compliance.

Responsibilities
Full-Stack Enterprise Engineering: Lead the end-to-end design, construction, and deployment of scalable web architectures, ensuring the entire application stack is engineered for speed, high availability, and horizontal scalability.

Modern UI/UX Development: Architect and build responsive, clean front-end interfaces using Angular (v7+) and React, powered by JavaScript and TypeScript. Ensure optimal client-side and server-side rendering using HTML5 and CSS.

Mobile & Responsive Optimization: Code, test, and optimize application logic specifically for mobile platforms and distributed devices, maintaining a core understanding of user experience (UX) principles.

Backend API & Microservices Architecture: Design, build, and optimize robust REST APIs and server-side logic utilizing Node.js (NPM, RxJS) and the Spring Boot Framework (including Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA).

API Integration & Resiliency: Orchestrate the integration of commercially available APIs, implementing production-grade patterns for load balancing, service discovery, and circuit-breaker resiliency.

Database Programming & Management: Oversee relational database design, schema deployment, and advanced query optimization using information retrieval packages across Oracle and Open Source database engines.

DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Support and enhance automated continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines inside Azure DevOps or Bitbucket to de-risk releases.

Security & Accessibility Compliance: Secure the digital perimeter in strict compliance with PCI Data Security Standards. Lead remediation tracks using testing tools like JAWS and WAI-ARIA to ensure systems conform to WCAG 2.0 and AODA compliancy.

Technical Documentation & Guidance: Author detailed technical specifications, programming guidelines, and system blueprints, while facilitating design walkthroughs and providing technical mentorship across the delivery squad.

Qualifications
Core Full-Stack Seniority: 10+ years of progressive professional experience serving as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Developer within mature IT environments.

Java Platform Expertise: 10+ years of dedicated Java development experience, with deep practical mastery over the Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security) and Hibernate/JPA.

Database Engineering Depth: 10+ years of hands-on database administration and SQL scripting experience working with Oracle and modern Open Source database solutions.

Front-End Architecture Mastery: 10+ years of proven experience in user interface design and web programming utilizing Angular (v7+), React, JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, and NPM.

Resilient API Design Toolkit: Strong working knowledge of designing RESTful APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, including practical experience configuring service discovery and load balancing boundaries.

Accessibility & Regulatory Fluency: 10+ years of hands-on experience developing software that strictly conforms to PCI Standards, WCAG 2.0, and AODA compliance using JAWS and WAI-ARIA.

Mobile & Interface Engineering: Demonstrated expertise coding layouts for mobile devices using advanced HTML5 and CSS.

Methodological Grounding: Solid background tracking sprint cycles, refining user stories, and managing code branches within Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
