Assoc Medical Mgr PSS Remote based Canada

Fortrea seeks an Associate Medical Manager (MD/DO) for remote pharmacovigilance work in Canada. The role involves medical review of post-market drug and device cases, case documentation, team training, and quality assurance in a regulated clinical research environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary medical review of cases for seriousness, causality, and adverse event coding
- Update and document case data and feedback in tracking systems for workflow management
- Provide medical training and guidance to case processing team members
- Perform secondary medical review and quality assurance on reviewed cases
- Deliver assigned work according to quality, compliance, and productivity standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with minimum 4 years pharmacovigilance experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of US healthcare system and regulatory requirements
- Fluent English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading
- Working knowledge of medical sciences, diagnosis, therapeutics, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong case processing and medical review experience in post-approval settings
- Understanding of clinical trial protocols and adverse event coding standards
Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 CAD annually
