Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for meeting the administrative needs of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Stanton Territorial Hospital (STH). The EA works closely with the COO in preparing, organizing, and monitoring high level organizational activities and supports special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the efficient and effective function of the Executive Office.
• Recording and publishing of meeting minutes.
• Manage multiple projects and activities in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint, Visio and Publisher.

Key Qualifications

• A diploma in Office Administration with 4 years of progressively more responsible administrative or office management duties.

Equivalency

• A degree in business administration with 2 years of progressively more responsible administrative or office management duties.
• A certificate in office administration with 5 years of progressively more responsible administrative or office management duties.
