Sales Merchandiser Retail Grocery

Join our dynamic team and become part of a national sales and merchandising network representing a top-tier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client!

We're looking for someone to work approximately 10hrs/month in Yellowknife, managing and supporting retail programs for a leading CPG brand. You'll play a key role in driving sales and merchandising.

Execute client retail priorities, including product distribution, building and maintaining displays, and shelf detailing

Build and maintain strong relationships with store management to support sales and merchandising efforts

Provide regular in-store merchandising support, including planogram (POG) updates, correcting out-of-stocks (OOS), ensuring product freshness, and maintaining shelf standards

Prepare and submit required reports to track performance and progress, sometimes across multiple stores in a single day

Share actionable feedback and field insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance program execution

Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle

Reliable access to internet and email for scheduling and training communications

Experience in merchandising, particularly within Walmart and the grocery retail channel

Professional, courteous, and confident when interacting with the public and store personnel

Proficient in using reporting tools and computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Comfortable using reporting tools, mobile apps, and digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and time entry (Excel experience is an asset)

Adaptable and flexible in response to changing market conditions and priorities
