Lead integrated marketing campaigns at Gowling WLG using omnichannel strategy and creative storytelling. This hybrid role is based in any Canadian office.As a Marketing Specialist reporting to the Brand & Marketing Leader, you will support brand-to-demand initiatives across Canada. You will develop campaigns, sponsorships, brand programs, and content strategies. Collaboration, project management, market research, and performance reporting are central to the work.Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end omnichannel brand-to-demand campaignsTranslate business goals into campaign narratives and go-to-market strategiesCoordinate social, digital, events, and communications executionManage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaborationDefine metrics, analyze performance, and share campaign recommendationsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fieldFive or more years of marketing experienceStrong omnichannel campaign and go-to-market channel understandingExceptional project, stakeholder, communication, and presentation skillsData fluency, business acumen, and strategic creative judgmentApply your campaign leadership, storytelling, and analytical marketing skills to strengthen Gowling WLG’s brand and client engagement.
