Senior Account Partner - Canadian Government

Become a key strategic advisor at Salesforce Professional Services as a Senior Account Partner focused on Canadian Federal and Provincial clients. Lead digital transformation initiatives and foster executive relationships across governmental agencies. As part of the AMER Public Sector team, you will develop long-term account strategies for high-priority government accounts, positioning Salesforce as a transformation partner. This senior role includes guiding junior Account Partners, overseeing complex service engagements, and ensuring pipeline discipline within Salesforce CRM. Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term account strategy for government portfolios
- Build executive-level relationships with senior program leaders
- Lead pursuit strategies for multi-year service engagements
- Negotiate complex Statements of Work and agreements
- Mentor junior Account Partners to elevate team effectiveness
- 8+ years in technology sales or consulting services
- Proven success with multi-year service engagements ($5M+)
- Deep knowledge of Canadian procurement frameworks
- Bilingual in English and French required
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform and ecosystem
