Top Pay for Top Talent:
Our pay structure rewards performance and experience:
- $18/hour: Rookie Mover (2–4 weeks depending on competency)
- $20/hour: Jr Mover
- $22.50/hour: Sr Mover
- $25/hour: Crew Chief
- $26–$27/hour: Senior Crew Chief
Plus, earn additional income through tips and bonuses, which can equate to an additional $300–$600 a month depending on performance.

The Job:
- Safely load, transport, and unload customers’ belongings.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and positive attitude.
- Work efficiently as part of a team, ensuring a smooth and stress-free moving experience.

- Physically Capable: You can lift at least 100lbs repeatedly throughout the day.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a criminal record check and consent to drug screening
