Landscaping Team Member - $19 - $25 / Hour Full Time

Spend your summer outdoors, in shape, and building skills that pay off long after August. We're hiring for our 2026 season. On paper, the job is window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing for a growing list of clients. In practice, it's one of the best personal development environments you'll find at this stage of your career. Every team member learns to sell on the job site, communicate with homeowners, manage their time, and lead crews. The people who take it seriously leave the summer with sharper communication, real leadership experience, a stronger work ethic, and the confidence that comes from doing hard things well. A lot of our top performers go on to run their own teams, move into sales careers, or use what they learned here to stand out in whatever they do next. You'll also be in the best shape of your year by August. You'll need:
