Receptionist

Catholic Family Services of Prince Albert Inc. is a non-profit agency supporting families and individuals with mental health and life improvement programs. The successful applicant will:
-Provide professional front-desk support by answering calls, greeting clients, responding to inquiries, and directing messages appropriately.
-Effectively multi-task and prioritize completing client and administrative needs while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a calm, welcoming environment.
-Book, confirm, reschedule, and pre-book client appointments using Owl and Caredove, including initial intakes.
-Support client registration, program sign-ups, and general inquiries regarding agency programs and services.
-Maintain organized filing systems, client forms, office supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, and a clean reception area.
-Coordinate appointments for clinical supervision and assist staff with administrative needs.
-Process client payments, e-transfers, invoices, and receipts using Owl and a debit machine.
-Communicate professionally and respectfully while working collaboratively with staff in a busy, dynamic environment
