Une entreprise manufacturière bien établie recherche un responsable de la maintenance d'usine pour superviser les opérations de maintenance de l'usine et contribuer à l'efficacité globale de la production. Ce poste de direction est idéal pour une personne qui s'épanouit dans un environnement dynamique et qui aime favoriser l'amélioration continue, le développement de l'équipe et l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Responsabilités
- Diriger et soutenir l'équipe de maintenance pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes
- Développer et améliorer les programmes de maintenance préventive et corrective
- Minimiser les temps d'arrêt et optimiser la performance des équipements
- Coordonner les activités de maintenance, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs externes
- Surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) de maintenance, les budgets et les initiatives d'amélioration continue
- Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations et de la qualité pour soutenir les objectifs de production
- Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité au travail et des normes opérationnelles
- Soutenir les mises à niveau d'équipement et les projets d'amélioration des installations
- Tenir à jour les registres de maintenance et superviser la gestion des pièces et des stocks
Qualifications
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des opérations de maintenance dans le secteur manufacturier
- Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe
- Expérience en maintenance préventive et en fiabilité des équipements
- Connaissance des systèmes de maintenance et du suivi des performances
- Capacité à travailler de manière transversale dans un environnement de production
- Solides capacités d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop and improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Coordinate maintenance activities, contractors, and external vendors
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, budgets, and ongoing improvement initiatives
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to support production goals
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational standards
- Support equipment upgrades and facility improvement projects
- Maintain maintenance records and oversee parts/inventory management
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience managing maintenance operations within manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability
- Familiarity with maintenance systems and performance tracking
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a production environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
