Job Summary

Cedarglen Homes is looking for a charismatic Sales Host to join our growing and dynamic Sales Team and work in one of our showhomes. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager and the Sales Manager, this individual will be mentored closely amongst members of the Sales Team and in turn they will be provided with a great opportunity for career development within the company.

Responsibilities

· Welcome and greet visitors to the showhome in a professional and friendly manner.

· Provide basic information about Cedarglen Homes, current communities, and available home models.

· Ensure the showhome, sales centre, and marketing materials are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

· Record visitor traffic and collect required customer information accurately.

· Assist with homeowner and prospect inquiries and direct them to the appropriate Sales Associate when required.

· Monitor inventory levels of brochures and marketing materials and notify the Sales Team when supplies need replenishment.

· Open and close the showhome according to company procedures, including security procedures when required.

· Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.

· Support community events and other sales-related initiatives as required.

· Complete other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Manager or Sales Manager.

Qualifications

· Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, or sales experience.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.

· Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

· Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.

Typical Showhome Hours

• Monday to Thursday from 2-8pm
• Closed Fridays
• Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays from 12-5pm
