Medical Device Territory Manager British Columbia

Drive medical device sales across British Columbia with Rayner, using customer relationships and territory planning to grow market share. Support Surgical, IOL, and OSD products.As Territory Manager, you will own revenue targets, expand assigned accounts, and identify new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted product expert for surgeon and hospital stakeholders. The role requires medical device sales experience in operating room or clinical environments, plus professional sales demonstrations and educational sessions.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver territory revenue targets through company and partner product salesExpand market share and identify new account growth opportunitiesBuild surgeon and hospital stakeholder relationships across British ColumbiaDeliver professional sales demonstrations and educational sessionsMonitor competitors and execute territory strategyRequirements:
Degree or equivalent qualificationMedical device sales experience in operating room environmentsStrong customer relationships and customer-centric solutionsValid driver's license and local language fluencyOphthalmology or premium intraocular lens experience is desirableApply medical device sales expertise, customer focus, and business insight to grow Rayner’s British Columbia territory.
