Medical Device Territory Sales Manager

Drive territory sales performance across British Columbia with Rayner through medical device expertise, customer relationships, and market growth. Build new business across assigned accounts.As a Territory Manager, you will own revenue targets and execute strategic plans for sustainable short- and long-term sales growth. The role centers on Surgical, IOL, and OSD products, with responsibility for surgeon and hospital relationships. You will support retention, expand market share, and identify opportunities across the Rayner product portfolio.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver territory revenue targets through company and partner product salesExpand market share and identify new account growth opportunitiesBuild surgeon and hospital stakeholder relationshipsDeliver professional sales demonstrations and educational sessionsMonitor competitors and plan territory strategyRequirements:
Degree or equivalent qualificationMedical device sales experience in operating room environmentsStrong customer relationships and customer-centric solutionsValid driver’s license and fluency in the local languageOphthalmology or premium intraocular lens sales experience is desirableBring medical device sales expertise, business insight, and customer focus to Rayner’s British Columbia territory growth.
