Senior Implementation Manager — Remote Team Leader

Remote Genie

SiteDocs, a GoCanvas company, is seeking a Manager, Implementation to lead a remote Canada-based team responsible for end-to-end customer implementation. You will drive performance, coaching, and process improvements while partnering with Sales, CS, Support, and Product to accelerate time-to-value.

You will guide playbooks, tooling, and onboarding, ensuring high-quality delivery and scalable processes. A strong background in SAAS implementations and people management is essential in this
