canaPHEM is hiring Event Medics to provide professional onsite emergency medical service at varies events throughout the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area.

Our team provides onsite EMS services for the PWHL Toronto Sceptres, Hamilton Hammers (AHL), Oshawa Firewolves as well as other sports team and various venues including TD Coliseum, FirstOntario Concert Hall, Tribute Communities Centre, Union Station, and many more.

You will provide EMS services at Concerts, Festivals, Sporting Events, Film Productions, Corporate Events, Community Gatherings and other fun and exciting activations. No day is the same. With an annual call volume of over 5,000 you will be practicing your skills and knowledge in a very unique, fun and supportive atmosphere.

We are looking for motivated and professional Ontario Certified Paramedics who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

We provide ongoing training add continuos education to include ACLS, PALS, ITLS, PHTLS, AIV plus many more full WSIB and insurance coverage (including malpractice), comprehensive medical directives, and opportunities to practice to full scope depending on certification level. Certification to practice is through our staff physician.

Positions Available:

Primary Care Paramedics (PCP) | (AEMCA or AEMCA Pending) Starting at $25.75/hr

Advanced Care Paramedics (ACP) | (AEMCA and Provincial ACP certfication) Starting at $35.00/hr

What You'll Do:
Provide onsite emergency medical care and first aid coverage at various events
Assess and manage patient needs in dynamic environments
Work alongside event staff and allied emergency services
Maintain medical equipment readiness and documentation
Deliver professional and compassionate patient care
Practice to your full scope where applicable based on certification level

What We’re Looking For:
Current PCP or ACP certification
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Event paramedicine experience is an asset, but not required
Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
