Nanny Wanted - Looking For A Caring And Flexible Nanny In Bennington / Leaside Area

Hello! Our nanny is moving back to Brazil, and so we'll be needing someone to help us starting August/September We have a 7-year-old girl and a 4 year-old boy. Both are great kids, and as long as you are willing to play with them, they will love you! *Flexibility* is the most important trait we’re looking for, as I work shifts and we love traveling. Ideally, you’d be open to occasionally traveling with us (with plenty of notice), or we can adjust and compensate hours accordingly. Husband and I also enjoy going out for date nights and events, so we need someone willing to sometimes stay late (overtime hours pay!) The ideal candidate should have experience working with children of primary school age and be adept at balancing childcare and light housekeeping duties. Our kids are in daycare/school during the day, so the typical schedule would look like:

• 2–3 hours of light housekeeping and meal prep in the early afternoon
• School/daycare pickup
• Park or playtime
• Dinner, bath, and winding down before bedtime

Our current nanny schedule is 2PM–8PM, Monday to Friday, and that’s been working well, but we’re happy to discuss what works best for you, too. A few pluses (but definitely not musts):

• A driver’s license and comfort with driving to take kiddos to their extracurricular activities
• Experience with speech development or working with children with speech delays (our son is currently working through a speech delay)
