Lead Partnerships Role at Wealthsimple

Take the lead at Wealthsimple as a Senior Lead Partnerships professional, driving our perks and rewards ecosystem. This hybrid role involves sourcing and negotiating partnerships with major brands to boost client engagement. As a Senior Lead Partnerships expert, you will be responsible for developing and managing our rewards and credit card initiatives. Your experience in partnerships and loyalty programs will be essential as you negotiate and shape offerings. Your efforts will directly increase client adoption and satisfaction while driving their financial engagement with us. Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end process for credit card partnerships
Build and grow Wealthsimple Offers and cashback marketplace
Shape the Milestone Rewards program and its mechanics
Lead commercial negotiation from outreach to signed agreements
Utilize data to identify and win valuable partnerships

Requirements:

7-10 years in consulting, partnerships, or product roles
Demonstrated experience in perks and rewards program
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Proven ability to execute strategic partnerships
Experience launching programs in new markets
