Sales Manager

Sales ManagerReporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager handles prospecting, market analysis, proposal and contract preparation, and achieving sales and marketing objectives.
Main ResponsibilitiesTarget, solicit, and contract new corporate and group accounts.
Conduct solicitation calls and site inspections to build long-term relationships.
Propose targeted marketing actions to support market segments and grow existing accounts.
Analyze supply, demand, and competition to develop sales strategies.
Enter, maintain, and update information in computer systems.
Participate in trade shows, client events, and prospecting trips.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Maintain hotel information confidentiality.
Adhere to Moxy standards and participate in the "Manager on Duty" program.
Perform any other related duties.
Minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager in hospitality.
College diploma in hotel management, administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent presentation, diction, and relationship-building skills for corporate clients.
Strong negotiation and prospecting abilities.
Perfect bilingual French/English skills (spoken and written; French priority, English essential for 50% English-speaking clientele). Another language is an asset.
Professional, mature, and ethical attitude in all circumstances.
