Medical Science Liaison - Allergan Aesthetics
AbbVie
Field-based Medical Science Liaison role with Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, focused on building scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering disease and product education in aesthetic medicine across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare organizations, and professional societies
- Deliver accurate scientific information supporting product and disease education strategies
- Represent Allergan at national and regional scientific meetings and professional congresses
- Develop and coordinate sponsored symposia, speaker bureaus, and clinical trial recruitment
- Conduct roundtable discussions and medical exchanges with healthcare professionals in assigned territory
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD)
- Minimum 3 years directly related medical affairs experience
- Advanced English fluency; French fluency mandatory for Quebec position
- Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare organization experience
- Strong public speaking and scientific communication skills
- Ability to travel 75% within Canada and internationally
