Faris Team Real Estate is currently seeking an client engagement partner at our Barrie, ON location. The successful candidate will play a key role in our rapidly expanding team and has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified appointments, and funneling them into our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and key sales metrics to ensure sales targets are met
- Turn prospective leads into qualified real estate appointments by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information is entered and maintained within the company CRM
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process.
Qualifications:
- Real estate license is NOT required
- A minimum of at least 2 years of B2B or B2C phone sales experience
- Must be proficient in sales-related Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficient with Salesforce
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
