The client envisions an experienced Scrum Master, comfortable working on large-scale projects, whose core competencies lie in two key areas: operational mastery of Jira and rigorous facilitation of Agile ceremonies. The description repeatedly emphasizes Jira (team leader, KPI tracking, quality control of the product and sprint backlogs), indicating a profile that uses the tool daily, not just facilitates discussions.

- Scrum Master experience on a large-scale project
- Proficiency in Agile methodology, facilitation of Agile ceremonies, and adherence to Agile values
- Proficiency in Jira as the team lead/reference person: KPI tracking, backlog management, and backlog quality control
- Team facilitation, positive leadership, and sustained collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)
- Contribution to the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring alignment between the sprint backlog and product backlog
- Support to the Project Manager and Application Delivery Lead in team coordination and management
ASSET / ADVANTAGEOUS
- Coordination of business deliverables and application/IT deliverables
- Supervision of business and IT resources on a project
- Identification of issues and risks in support of the Project Manager, with recommended solutions
- Alignment and coordination with business and IT integrators between target architecture and design/implementation activities
Note: The ASSET section describes a single delivery coordination profile. Demonstrating the majority of these elements through concrete project examples is sufficient to establish the dual business/IT coordination role; it is not necessary to meet every individual item.
WHAT WE DON'T WANT
- Candidates without concrete experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, review, backlog maintenance) on a delivered project.
- Candidates who haven't used Jira as their primary tool for backlog management and KPI tracking.
- Candidates positioned solely as Agile coaches, without operational responsibility for product and sprint backlogs.
- Candidates whose experience is limited to small teams or low-profile projects.
- Project manager candidates seeking to lead the project rather than support the project manager and the application delivery lead.
