Drive financial transformations as a Solutions Consultant with Ramp. Collaborate with clients to provide expert integration insights and elevate their finance management processes.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will blend technical expertise and strategic consulting to build valuable customer partnerships. Your role involves collaborating with sales and account teams to tailor financial solutions that directly address client needs. You will analyze customer requirements, propose integrated offerings, and deliver product demonstrations to showcase Ramp’s value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales teams to advocate for customer needs
• Develop tailored financial solutions for client specific requirements
• Conduct technical product demonstrations highlighting benefits
• Support advanced implementations for enhanced customer success
• Create knowledge resources on best practices and use cases
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical or business field
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
