Lead Enterprise Architect at Manulife

Shape the future of technology strategy at Manulife as a Lead Enterprise Technology Domain Architect in a hybrid work model. Guide digital transformation initiatives and establish architectural standards to drive innovation. In this key role within the Global Technology & Cyber Security team, you'll define target-state architectures and evolve multi-year technology roadmaps. Collaborating with diverse business and engineering leaders, you'll influence critical technology decisions that align with organizational goals. Your leadership will empower teams to adopt new technologies and modern practices. Key Responsibilities:

Develop technology roadmaps for cloud adoption and modernization
Define architecture standards and governance processes
Lead architecture reviews for large-scale initiatives
Champion engineering excellence across delivery teams
Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic technology priorities

Requirements:

Experience in enterprise architecture and strategy development
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and APIs
Proven ability to lead governance in technology initiatives
Effective communication with senior leaders
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
