This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the construction industry and its financial and operational processes and wants to build a career in ERP consulting.

NetSuite experience is a plus, but it is not required. Construction industry knowledge is the key requirement.

You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and project teams to understand client requirements, analyze business processes, support NetSuite configuration and testing, and help clients improve how they manage their construction operations and financial processes.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, workflows, Saved Searches, and system documentation.
• Support project accounting and financial processes within NetSuite.
• Develop process documentation and training materials.
• Participate in client meetings and communicate project updates.
• Assist with post-go-live support and ongoing system improvements.

Experience with a construction ERP, accounting platform, or construction management system is highly relevant.

• Strong understanding of construction business processes and financial operations.
• NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with another ERP, construction management, or financial system is a plus.
• Understanding of project accounting and job costing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and internal project teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• MBA degree is 100% Required.

What We’re Looking For

This role is a great fit for a construction professional, project accountant, business analyst, or early-career ERP professional who wants to transition into NetSuite consulting.

You don't need to be a NetSuite expert coming in. We're looking for someone who already understands how construction businesses operate and has the analytical ability and curiosity to learn how those processes translate into an ERP system.

You'll have the opportunity to develop hands-on experience across:

NetSuite | ERP Consulting | Construction Operations | Project Accounting | Job Costing | WIP | Project Billing | UAT | Requirements Gathering | System Configuration | Data Migration | Process Improvement

Why This Opportunity?

You’ll work alongside experienced ERP consultants while gaining exposure to real-world NetSuite implementations and construction-focused business processes.

This is an opportunity to take your existing construction and business-process knowledge and turn it into a long-term career in ERP and NetSuite consulting.
