VP of Engineering at CoLab - Remote/Hybrid

Lead transformative projects as VP of Software Engineering at CoLab, a hub for innovative engineering solutions. This role allows you to leverage your experience to enhance product quality and delivery speed while working remotely or in a hybrid model. In this senior leadership position, you'll be essential in scaling CoLab's engineering functions across Product Development and Technical Support. Your strategic mindset and hands-on approach will guide teams through complex growth phases, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. The focus is on delivering robust software solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Software Engineering efforts in the Product Development organization
- Enhance team performance for faster development cycles
- Collaborate with Product on strategic planning and assessments
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards in software
- Establish metrics to maximize business impact
- Successful history as a software developer, especially in SaaS
- Experience with cloud technology (React, Python, AWS)
- At least 5 years in engineering leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage and grow teams during scale
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
