Senior Techno-Functional Analyst
Contract Opportunity | Remote (Ontario) Must be residing in ONTARIO
We are currently seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Analyst for a contract opportunity supporting a Warehouse Control System (WCS) migration and new system implementation initiative.
Contract Details
• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• End Date: December 31, 2026
• Location: Remote with occasional in-office meetings
• Rate: $70 to $80/hour
Responsibilities
• Lead functional and technical analysis activities for a WCS migration and new system implementation.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements across warehouse operations.
• Configure system workflows and ensure alignment with operational processes.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors.
• Support testing cycles, issue resolution, user acceptance activities, and end user training during system rollout.
Must Have Qualifications
• Strong techno-functional experience with SAP MM, WM, EWM, or similar supply chain modules.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting Warehouse Control System (WCS) implementations or migrations.
• Exposure to supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and systems integrators.
• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations and distribution processes.
