Your New Role: As the Mechanical Project Manager , you will take full ownership of multiple mechanical construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You’ll lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams, clients, consultants, and field staff. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Your leadership will directly influence project performance, client satisfaction, and long‑term business growth.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: To excel in this position, you should bring 3-5+ years of mechanical project management experience , ideally from commercial, institutional, or high‑rise projects. A strong understanding of mechanical construction methodologies, contract administration, scheduling, and cost control is essential. You’ll thrive here if you’re a proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively with executives, estimators, site supervisors, and trades. Personal transportation is required for site visits.
