Our client is a well established food manufacturing company and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their busy team on the innovation and commercialization area of the business.
Responsibilities:
Our client is a well established food manufacturing company and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their busy team on the innovation and commercialization area of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and follow-ups
- Track progress, report risks, and lead weekly cross-functional meetings
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned across teams
- Research consumer trends and ingredient innovations
- Develop innovation pipelines, business cases, and launch plans
- Support product launches and customer presentations
- Coordinate product development, trials, and tasting reviews
- Lead cross-functional planning for costing, testing, and priorities
- Maintain technical and regulatory documentation
- Manage relationships with co-manufacturing partners
- Oversee scale-up, commercialization, and production trials
- Monitor production performance, budgets, and project deliverable
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain, business admin, or a related. PMP preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in CPG or contract manufacturing.
- Effective cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects
