Growth and Retention Team Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and make a lasting impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Manager to help build a brand-new Growth & Retention team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, processes, and success of a team focused on driving client loyalty and business growth.

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Build and lead a high-performing team, providing hands-on coaching and mentorship
• Support onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring a strong foundation for success
• Champion corporate initiatives and ensure alignment with policies and procedures
• Stay current on product knowledge and foster strong relationships with insurance providers
• Invest in your own development through industry courses and community involvement

The value you bring

• General Insurance Level 3 License required
• RIBO license required
• Proven experience leading insurance teams to exceed sales targets
• Strong ties to industry associations and community networks
• Excellent communication skills; professional, clear, and confident
• A self-starter mindset with a genuine passion for helping others succeed

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Remote in Manitoba or Ontario
