Customer Supply Chain Analyst
Techtronic Industries North America, Inc.
Analyze customer orders and inventory for TTI’s Milwaukee® team in North York, using Excel and cross-functional communication to support timely fulfillment.
The Customer Supply Chain Analyst manages end-to-end order fulfillment and service performance. You will resolve order exceptions, coordinate inventory availability, and support fill rate objectives. The position partners with Sales, Demand Planning, Distribution, Customer Service, IPR, and Purchasing to address supply risks and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate order exceptions and resolve fulfillment disruptions
- Monitor, release, and report customer orders
- Coordinate inventory availability and replenishment priorities
- Analyze metrics and recommend corrective actions
- Support launches, promotions, and seasonal demand events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field
- Three or more years in supply chain or forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Oracle and Power BI experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
