You must make sure that all deliverables are submitted on time and meet the Customer requirements.Your responsibilities will include:Analyze the Customer technical specification to extract the specific special tools and diagnostic equipment requirements;
Evaluate the Suppliers technical proposals;
Analyze technical packages submitted from the Suppliers and approves technical documents such as drawings et technical descriptions;
Participate to the design reviews with the Suppliers and Customer;
Follow up on the delivery of the equipment;
Attend the equipment installation and commissioning at the Customer Plans and follows up technical activities;
Approve the test procedures to validate the design of the equipment under your responsibility;
Attend the qualificationtests of this equipment at Suppliers;
Design of Maintenance Diagnostic EquipmentUndertake any other relevant duties related to its functionsAs our ideal candidate:Bachelor's degree in mechanical EngineeringAny completion of a mechanical technique at college would be an asset;
Be able to design and create drawing of maintenance tools using Catia V55 to 10 years of relevant experienceIf you have knowledge in the railway field would be an asset;
You will have knowledge in testing electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment;
Be autonomous and demonstrate leadership skillsProficiency in French and English is required.Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
