NOW HIRING: Brand Ambassadors

Join us in celebrating an exciting new store opening! We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to help create a memorable experience for shoppers during this special two-day event.

Location: Southgate Mall, Edmonton, AB

2-DAY EVENT – EDMONTON

• June 27th: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• June 28th: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Mandatory Virtual Training:

• Week of June 22nd (Date and time TBD)

Pay: $28/h

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming guests and creating excitement around the store opening
• Engaging with customers and providing a positive brand experience
• Assisting with event activities, promotions, and customer interactions
• Supporting store traffic flow and guest experiences
• Distributing promotional materials and event giveaways as required
• Assisting with event setup and teardown
• Representing the brand in a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
• Working closely with the event team to ensure a successful activation

Who We're Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic individuals
• Brand Ambassadors with strong communication and customer service skills
• Individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable team players with a positive attitude
• Previous brand ambassador, retail, event, or customer service experience is an asset
• Passion for fashion and retail is a plus

Requirements:

• Must be available for the mandatory virtual training session and both event dates (June 27 & 28)
• Punctual, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the duration of the shift
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
