AI-Driven Senior Android Developer Role

Take on a transformative role at Xsolla as a Senior Android Developer, focusing on AI-first engineering principles. Lead innovative application design and help us reshape how users engage with mobile technology in gaming. Xsolla is seeking an AI-native Senior Android Developer with deep architecture expertise and a commitment to quality. You will create scalable architecture using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose while fostering an environment that integrates AI coding agents into daily workflows. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will also mentor junior engineers and drive architectural decisions that improve our Android application ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

Build and enhance our native Android applications
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
Supervise the Android release processes
Establish and uphold coding standards and best practices
Drive observability and performance enhancements

Requirements:

5+ years in Android development with strong Kotlin skills
Commercially successful apps currently on Google Play
Proficiency in modern Android frameworks and testing
Experience in multi-timezone team environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
